3rd Eye Builders is a a Licensed company. Registered in several Florida counties.

We have a General Contractor License and a Roofing Contractor License. Both licenses are in compliance with all the DBPR requirement.

Insured?

3rd Eye Builders is a company with full coverage insurance.

It is very important to us that our entire workforce is protected and completely covered by Worker's Comp. as the FL law requires.

We also keep the General Liability insurance and auto insurance for all company vehicles up to date.

Material Quality?

For us, the quality of the material we work with is extremely important.

General Questions

Do the homeowner has to apply for a permit?

The answer is NO. We @ 3rd Eye Builders will take care of the permitting process. As a homeowner you will receive the permit application package and we will explain each form and collect your signature at the same time.
