 A Few Highlights From My Portfolio

Over my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse, high-impact builds:

• Multi-Family & Residential: Led major community developments like Princeton Groves (248 units in Homestead) and Pine Groves (204 units in Miami), as well as 50+ new residential builds in Butler & Crescent Beach.

• Commercial & Franchise Rollouts: Managed multi-unit re-images for national brands, including 50 franchise locations, 10 Wendy’s Image Activation remodels, 13 ground-up restaurant builds, and a 260-room renovation at the Hilton Hotel Airport in Texas.

• Specialized & Municipal Work: Oversaw multi-phase expansions for Christ Fellowship Church Downtown, custom marine exhibit remodels at the Miami Seaquarium, regional public infrastructure (schools, parks, health centers, water systems), and the rapid deployment of 600 container housing units in the Bahamas following Hurricane Dorian.
